Unhygenic. Prepared the food without gloves and was touching the bread with bare hands. Also ordered a chicken and chips, halfway through found a hair.

My favourite kebab in Auckland. Have tried many from north to south, east to west and kebab serai is still #1. Quality, fresh ingredients and generous portions. Would highly recommend trying something from here if you enjoy middle eastern food.

What a classic, popular for a reason.Service was super quick and kebab tasted great, fries were average though.Unfortunate that you have to pay $20 for a combo in this day and age!

You can't go wrong with Kebab Serai in Auckland. I've been having Chicken Satai Kebab here for almost 15 years but taste never changed. Recommended.

Love their lamb on chips, they don’t use mince they use actual lamb pieces which I like. Lady is super nice, other guys there need to improve their customer service!
