Concierge Car Wash - Westfield Newmarket B1

Booked a clean and got informed that I had to pay extra to have the wheels cleaned, paid the extra $25.00 but a very average job done on the wheels.

Terrible experience - website doesn’t work - Australian phone number - No call back.My eventual confirmed appointment via email for 9 o’clock this morning at Newmarket level B1 for 9am. No one was there. Waited till 9:20 and left. Let’s see if they refund the x2 booking fees.Just had a phone call (no caller id) from someone trying to claim they had called before hand. Haha can’t use that these days with call history available. Asked his manager to call me

Bought a grabone deal for this place and they tried to charge my wife twice for it, complained that she hadn't paid for a full detail (it was a full detail) and tried to charge double what the rate was. Left the car soaking wet and now the car is covered in mold and damaged inside from where they were rough with the interior. This service was done two weeks before these photos were taken, car was soaking wet and no way to dry it. Disgusting business, never go here.

Same as most other reviews. Over charged, car came back still dirty. The windows were worse than when it went in. Definitely would not advise anyone use this business ever.

Do not recommend. The car is still dirty with a lot of spots missed. I’d be happy to pay 1/2 of the price for the quality they provide.

I arrived with a simple request for interior cleaning services, specifically asking for a vacuuming to remove sand and wiping down of all surfaces. The quoted price was $80, which I agreed to without any issues. Unfortunately, upon inspection, it became apparent that no wiping had been performed, and a significant amount of sand remained clearly visible on the seats and floor. In addition to the unsatisfactory cleaning results I mentioned earlier my disappointment with the overall service quality. Regrettably, this is not the first time I have encountered such issues with this establishment. Despite specifically requesting interior cleaning and providing clear instructions, the service provided fell short yet again. The recurring pattern of subpar service is disheartening and raises concerns about the reliability and professionalism of this business.

Very very average washing, paid for the super wash + hand polish for 135. Wheels was left dirt, rubbish left inside the car, windows full of dirt spots, paint full of dry soap marks, the hand polish I couldn’t even say if it was applied or not, the tyre shine gone in the same day, and lot other little details, . For this price range they need improve a lot for a 4~5 stars grooming

I had booked at Newmarket location for Super Wash which says ”Deep Clean with Focus on Bug and Mud Removal”. However I found the service was not true to its promise and it’s was substandard wash !! . Check the pick showing windshield which wasn’t clean properly. So it is back side glass. Inside clean was also below average. They damaged my LCD Mac and audio system which I am sure must be because of the strong vaccume being used on it when cleaning the dash. They of course denied the liability.My only mistake was I didn’t check the car thoroughly when I picked it up.My advice to readers is when you drop off your car to them, do turn your In dash LCD and show them that it’s working fine so that if yours get damaged then they can’t deny and check the cleaning work thoroughly before leaving.Overall I am completely dissatisfied, would never recommend it to anyone nor re-visit !!

I booked my partner’s car in for a wash while she was at Westfield Newmarket.First off, found out that my partner was charged the full rate even though there was supposedly a $5 discount for the booking time I selected.But the real clincher was the fact that they didn’t even bother to wash the wheels. Yet, even after asking them not to use silicone, still proceeded to put it on the tyres. As you can imagine this created a greasy/dirty mess which has only proceeded to fling up the side of the car (which is white) once she drove off. Now I basically have to reclean the car.Total disgrace and we won’t be using them again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went there on Saturday 03/07 11am and paid $180 for a full premium service. Wash outside, vacuum inside and wash the seats. I couldn’t see the results because the car wash was dark but once got home my car was still dirty. It was $180 thrown in the rubbish. Feel robed.They quickly and poorly washed outside and left the carpets soaking wet inside the car. I spent 2 days with a dehumidifier trying to get my car dry inside.The door bars were dirty and interior was also left dirty.They texted me asking for feedback. I gave 1/5 and they said they would call me. Never heard from them.A joke of a service.
