I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and threaded, Daya was so professional and did an amazing job, I have been there before and always had a good experience, but I felt Daya went above and beyond, I definitely felt like a new lady when I left, which is exactly what I needed. I went in today to get my eyelashes lifted for my upcoming trip to australia, but after i came out there was hardly any difference to them :( they aren't lifted at all and i do feel quite disappointed because it was as if i paid $80 to look the exact same. The lady was lovely and gentle though, and i have no complaints about the service because she was kind. Unfortunately I probably won't go back here to get my lashes lifted, i lowkey wanted a refund but it is what it is! <3 <3UPDATE!! : The owner of the store called me and kindly offered to give me a refund and apologised for my lash lift experience. I appreciated this so much because I wasn't expecting that I was allowed to get a refund! He messaged very quickly after I posted my review. His quick and helpful service bumped up my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars <3 <3 Thank you!!!!

Heidi made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job of my tan. Would definitely recommend to others and go back myself!

I have just gone and got an eyelash perm and tint by Hardi, I couldn’t have left happier !! My eyelashes were even better than I could’ve expected. I usually go for a lift at a different place but Hardi took the time to explain the differences between a lift & perm to me to make sure I got the best outcome. Her customer service was amazing and the work she’s done is just as great, my eyes also have left with no irritation or even a wee sting at all which I naturally get sometimes as I have sensitive eyes. I definitely will be back for my eyelashes and other services as well !! Thank you xx
