We recently hosted a catering event for 250 guests and found that it was extremely convenient for all involved.A lot sitting space, big stage, a lot of parking and well equipped spacious kitchen

What a lovely spot, and such a wonderful dedication.I remember that tragedy, as if it were yesterday. Men, losing their lives, while working to save others. What a wonderfully courageous thing to do.The Centre stands there now, to serve the immediate community and the broader community as well.I've been privileged to learn - and love - stunning courses there, and use the fabulous facilities.Bless each person involved. Thanks heaps.

Tamahere Community Centre
A gorgeous sunny day so decided to go to the Tamahere Lion's Best Artisan Market, held at the Tamahere Community Centre (Saturday morning 9am-1pm every couple of months). Mostly the same stalls each time (majority are inside), but still found a couple of new items to purchase. Friendly sellers to have a chat with. Smaller than the Tamahere Market but still worth a visit. Not crowded so easy to get round. Toilets available. Coffee cart and Hotdog/burger cart there. Yummy Hawaiian burger and a good flat white too.

Nice and spacious with a good view of the stage. However, at night and in winter it can get very cold and heating is unavailable.

Great size, plenty of parking, handy to the motorway & there is a supermarket, gas station and places to eat just a few minutes away. Great for functions & excellent floor for dancing.

Attended Lions Craft market. Great venue and market. Plenty of parking, huge stage and nice bright environment.
