Staff are attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. My pet got some fighting wounds and was able to be seen by vet a couple of hours after I called on a Sunday. Great team couldn't recommend more

Good service, always obliging to fit in with my work schedule. Wish they wud learn my name, have only been a client for 5 years and have many animals, and spend plenty of money there. The personal touch would top off the good service.

We were saying goodbye to a much loved dude (lab) and the support we got from the on duty vet was amazing. She gave him a thorough exam and helped us make the final goodbye easier because he needed to go ❤.

A HUGE thank you to Emma and the staff at Bay Vets (Vets 4Pets), Edgecombe. Friendly, professional and helped me out with vaccinating my dog at short notice. I lived from out of town I appreciate the service you gave. Highly recomend this business to anyone who is needing a vet in the area.

Not a great experience! I paid for bloods, vet check and a vet certificate. I was sent multiple incorrect blood tests before receiving the correct set. Vet told me over the phone bloods where clean yet when I finally received the paperwork they differed. I never received the vet cert despite my multiple requests which they never responded to....which I paid for.
