I spoke with a professional and helpful admin person when I first called. Grayson came round this morning and fixed all the things on the list, providing different options for a couple of the issues. He was friendly and helpful, and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the service.

I really liked that at every step of the way everyone I spoke to was happy to do the work for me. This was right from the first request from me to receiving the invoice. Awesome customer service. When Brady came to do the quote he listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions with pros and cons. The two guys who came to do the work were great. Introduced themselves, were very polite and hardly knew that they had been here as they cleaned up so well. And I felt the work had been done to a high standard.Very happy to highly recommend Laser Electrical.

Easy to deal with a representative by phone and reliable in keeping appointed time. Thorough and accurate completion of work. Fairly charged. Worked with my tennant to ensuretiming was convenient which made the process so much easier as I am in Auckland.
