Stopped in here yesterday, was very busy. Food was average, have eaten here before and it's been amazing. Ordered a thickshake and it was runnier than a milkshake sadly. Only saving grace was it had great flavouring. Seating was definitely at a premium. Sat outside and heard several customers say they would go elsewhere due to lack of seating sadly.

The pie pastry is crispy. The filling is tasty. I had the seafood pie and it came with various seafood inside such as shrimp, octopus and crab meat. The steak bacon cheese pie was a little bit too gravy for me. The pancake was okay. Overall, it's a good choice of breakfast for winter.

Got a steak and cheese and a Venison bacon mushroom cheese. The steak and cheese was okay, nothing special. The venison bacon mushroom, couldn't really make out the taste. There wasn't really a strong taste of venison, so yeah nothing special imo. Wonder if the other pies are good, my overall experience was pretty average to be honest.

Has a large local patronagesupport here. From the time I ordered my meal till I left. There was no empty seats available service was fast and efficient.From the amount of awards on display it shows you don't need to be a multi franchise business to succeed.

Great bakery in the heart of Taupo. There is a wide range of hot adn cold as well as sweet and savoury. There pie range is quite extensive and what they are really known for. All of the other food is great things like the toasties always go down well. Prices are quite reasonable and well beat any of the options close by.
