Grandson had a problem with his guitar. I txt Alan for approx quote and repair time. Replied within the hour and said about 2 days. When I took it in he did it immediately. Very impressed with his service and attitude. Now one happy grandson. Thankyou.

Alan did a really great job when fitting an undersaddle pickup with preamp and battery to my acoustic. Highly recommended. Used Alan three times now. Lucky to have a good Luther in Chch. Fitting the preamp pickups required cutting and drilling. Even drilling can split wood and ruin a guitar. Worth paying Alan to do it. Alan also lowers action when fitting saddle and restringing.

Alan has provided a level of personal service not commonly found, he's a professional with an easy and approachable manner. The work he has carried out in installing shielding to on my Telecaster guitar is perfect, a huge improvement on the Fender factory standard. Setup the guitar for great playability too. Highly recommended!
