Birds Nest Property Management
Jen is a very approachable agent. She was fast and reliant in issues at the property we are currently renting. She does her best on liaising between the owner and us (tenants). She goes over and beyond to help us, especially that we are moving into a new place from a different city. The negotiation in terms of signing the documents is very simple which makes the moving easier. I think we have made the good decision to go with Birds Nest Property Management and pick one of their house/s.

We have been really impressed with the service provided Jen and Tim and their birds nest crew. From initial contact to final finding of an apartment on a very timely fashion I cannot fault the service. All requests and questions were responded to in a prompt manner and every part of the service was first class. Tim was extremely helpful and excellent service and support through the application process and the key handover.Birds next is, probably, the best and easiest way to find a house in Christchurch and Jen and Tim are the best, super friendly landlords we ever met. Highly recommend!

My partner and I have been tenants for the last 6 months. Our interactions with Tim and Jen were always so great. They responded quickly to every inquire we have made. They made all the renting process quite simple, very easy and friendly, and they have been super helpful since the beginning :) We cannot be more grateful for the opportunity to live in one of their properties, they even take care of every detail, that we also decided to extend the lease!

Birds Nest (Jen) is simply a pleasure to deal with! I was recommended Jen and I am 100% happy with my decision. As an overseas Kiwi with an investment property in Christchurch Jen's support across finding tenants, navigating Healthy homes and dealing with the builders has been nothing but exceptional. Amazing level of professionalism layered with personalization! I have- even asked her to start an Auckland office so I can move my Rental property over to her as well!

Tim & Jen have been fantastic landlords over the last 3 years. Jen has always been very clear with any communication and we have had no issues at all whilst renting from them. We would thoroughly recommend them both - they are very honest and lovely people to deal with and they have made the whole experience really easy from start to finish.

Jen has been great. Right from the start, she was responsive and extremely helpful when it came to organising all of the administration. She followed up regularly to make sure we were settling in, and we felt we had a great relationship with both her and the landlord. 10/10
