All started as a great experience..From on-site chat about options, guiding decisions, quoting, finance, coms during waiting time, etc.Unfortunately the installation team did not arrive with all material on the installation date. Material arriving late is a reality for all, and a next installation date was booked. Again the installation team ran into issues and ended up not finishing the job.Final work now performed and signed off.Positives:PricingFriendly installation teamsFinance options available, making the deal a breezeNegatives:Longer than anticipated waiting times and not the most effective communication.

Really pleased with my canopy over the front door - it appears really solid and well made. The workman that installed my canopy were friendly and were a pleasure to have on my property.The reason for 4 stars not 5 - was time factor which I know was hindered by shipping etcWill definitely contact Galaxy if I require further work of this nature

We had a extra long canopy installed over our deck with a blind on the end.The end product is excellent and looks stunning. There were a few hiccups along the way but galaxy home decor were super fast to remedy any concerns. We had several quotes from other suppliers and galaxy came in a lot cheaper and in our opinion with a far superior product.Muskaan was exceptional to work with, she was very professional and nothing was a problem for her.

Great communication. Well constructed Carport and cover for deck. Installation team very efficient. They looked at where things had to go and made alterations to suit. Kept me informed along the installation process on how and why it had to be altered. Would highly recommend Galaxy Home Decors products.

Galaxy built us a carport here in Christchurch. It is a beauty! It was also significantly cheaper than a similar one marketed by another company. The team were really good to deal with, efficient and excellent communication. They guys who came and built it were really great. Excellent!
