Hot Spring Spa Pools (Wellington)

We came in to the Lower Hutt store on Sunday as our local store was closed. We were served by Maria. She was great to deal with, genuinely friendly. Maria gave us all the information we needed without being the overly pushy sales person. We would have loved to give her the sale but our local store gave us a deal we couldn’t turn down.

Went to the hotspring showroom in lower hutt yesterday and was so impressed by the saleslady. We had mentally prepared ourselves for a scripted or pushy sales pitch... which never happened. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and genuine. She clearly believed in the brand, but for valid reasons and she was happy to answer all of our questions and even compare and explain about her product vs a competitors we were considering. Such a great experience and walked away with confidence in the reliability, quality and expertise of hotspring spas. The showroom itself was fantastic, had a huge range on display and they're roughly arranged by budget so you can find what you're looking for within your price range.Went to paremata spa today just to compare, and it was SHOCKING (left a review). All the info she had given was correct (not that we doubted) and and the quality difference was crazy. Will 100% be buying through hotspring, and was so impressed buy the lady who helped us.

Disgusting service. New spa broke and after 3 months it still is not fixed. The poor serviceman has been in the job 4 months with no training. The Auckland office have cancelled twice to give training. Have a spa that still does not gi

Absolutely the worst after-care service I have ever experienced. Enquired in August initially to have our spa pool repaired, seven months later it still hasn’t been done. When I have followed up with the customer service team Nothing has happened, and now I’ve received an email from them saying that now the repairs are (not) done I would I like to leave a review ha ha ha.

We are very pleased with our spa and are truly enjoying soaking in it. It is well built and the support from the team at Lower Hutt has been marvelous. Julie has really looked after us and been very patient explaining the benefits, models, and the different features. I had a very reluctant wife to convince! Julie bent backwards to help get our spa in when we needed it, and also with the after sales support. Nothing was too difficult.A spa looks like another spa until you actually compare the quality of the materials like the shell and outlets/jets/pumps, the number of pumps, the efficiency, and the size of the heaters used to optimise and minimise your power bill. We are pleased we chose a Hot Spring spa.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and truly went above and beyond with their outstanding service!

Have had a Envoy Hot Springs Spa for over a Year, and having tried 100's around NZ over many years it has the Best Jets for my back/shoulders... love it.had to do a refill and had been having a few issues getting chlorine right, and was becoming a bit frustrating as I want a spa not a Degree in Ph/alkanity/calcium water hardness & natural Chlorine production..... so in steps Richard, new Mgr who not only patiently & nicely talked me thru stages actually came around & we went thru whole operating system & 'tweaked' it to perfection. I now am more confident & have a better understandingRichard was great to deal with & totally went the full yards, very impressed with the Excellent customer service - good on ya matey

I wouldn't know where to start with the service experience. The pools are great until they break down and you have to rely on Hot Spring Spas for servicing (employee said that), they have under qualified and unprofessional service staff and a head office that doesn't care at all.The place is gross inside too, it's like walking into a messy warehouse because that's all it is.Just a subpar company trading under a flash name.

Hot Spring’s communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. When the time came for the install process things went from strength to strength! Rocky has been outstanding to deal with (even though we moved the delivery date a few times). He is an excellent ambassador for your company and brand.We were very happy with the level or service and can’t wait to use our Spa for the first time tonight.

Best spa pools on the market. Excellent tec, low operational costs and superior to anything out there. Maria (Wellington branch) is efficient, knowledgable and friendly. A++++
