Very simple but very professional, I have done couple of quotes from other suppliers.Most of them ask for payment first and wait for 2 -3 installation. When it comes to Ben's Ref " never put money first.No waiting time.His first preference was to do the job and money. I had issues with paypal account. He never pushed me until I pay the invoice. Great job. Highly recommend for anyone who seeks his services. !"

Excellent service. Fast communication in answering questions, forwarding information and advice. Arrived on time and was very efficient, friendly and tidy. Even attended outside of work hours to provide a quote in order to accommodate myself. Very pleased with the heat pump, service and price. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with our new heat pumps thanks to Bens Refrigeration! Namit was excellent to deal with. He helped us pick the right heat pumps for each room and gave advise on where to put them. He was there when he said he would be and installed two heat pumps without any drama. Very competitive pricing and great after sales service.

The Chiller system was not fully installed, the temperature in some places wasn't up to the freezing effect, and he often did't answer the phone, and he promised to come and check again, but he never showed up. The current installed system has failed to cool.

Installed Hitachi A/C 3 Split Units for my property at Glen Eden. Namit Inspected the property and suggested the right size of unit for my 3 bedroom home. He personally monitored the project end to end along with his team and delivered the promised service on time. The quote was right and would definitely continue their service for on-going maitanance and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Namit was very responsive and knowledgeable and provided a quote quickly. When I asked for a change in the quote, he came back within minutes with a new quote that was very competitive. Neil and his colleague were extremely professional and worked from 9 till after four and left me a clean, neat and cool house afterwards. They took away all rubbish and left me with NO worries at all. Ben's refrigeration was not necessarily the cheapest, but they were willing to find solutions when other installers were not. Highly recommended
