I got an email to write a review for their service.This is my own experience:Unlikely I had a bad experience with Aims on two years ago. My confidence was falling down on daily basis because of the style of work. Most of the time my phone and emails were unanswered, and usually get a response after a few days. The responses were not efficient and no use.The Aims team and the owner of the company Arunima claim they were too busy. But Arunima actually was busy with posting funny posts and dog vedios in social medias.When I approached for an urgent assistance, she was so rude and sent threatening emails. As a result I had to move my application to another adviser and got my residency within a month.For good thing is, at least, I got a partial refund.

Woo woo. Finally got my RV 2021 approved today. After long 12 years. I would like to share story. Firstly I am very very thankful to Zinnia and her team. They are absolutely fabulous in their work. I had some issues regarding my son's visa. He has Austim so it was a long wait for me. As everyone told me that it would be hard for me to get my son visa. But hold on there is always a hope in darkness. So my hope was Zinnia Manchanda. She stood up and got my son visa approved for three years. And then we applied for RV 2021And got approved today with whole family. They are best in the business guys.
