The Yoga Tree is a beautiful space and place to find a sense of harmony and balance in an otherwise busy, often stressful world. I can't recommend it enough. Congratulations to Heather who is the new owner. She has been so supportive to me as I learn this new discipline which brings laughter and tears and something to look forward to every week. There are many things I love about Yoga Tree but for me the attention to helping students to have the correct alignment in each exercise is so important. My posture has improved enormously and I am now able ‘to stand tall’ even as I get older. I’d recommend the classes to anyone at any age.
