Great service. I had to replace my washing machine and remembered at the last minute that the old one was hard wired into the wall. They were able to come within a couple of hours and put in a new socket, and fixed my heated towel rail at the same time.

We recently completed extensions and upgrades to our house including a swimming pool, Laser not only offered competitive pricing, but it was their additional professional input of offering and explaining the options available when requested. Helpful staff that always turned up on time and left the site tidy. Highly recommended.

so far the experience I have had has not been pleasant. I rang them on the 14th of June to book my job on the 26th of June at 7:30am, hoping the job would be done by lunch time as I have two other appointments booked on the same day. On that morning nobody showed up. I rang them to ask why and find out they didn't book me at all. Even though they managed to get somebody to come in the afternoon, I had to spend the whole morning waiting and had to cancel my other two appointments in the afternoon.They charged me $440 to install five lights and they didn't do a good enoug job. One of the light in the dinning room was not leveled, three lights in my kitchen above the bench were not at the same level and the one in the middle was not leveled. Tried to contact them to come back and adjust them for me and they wanted to charge me and refused to come back at all. When trying to reason with them, they tried to blame back to me that I didn'y buy the suitable lights. Well, you accepted the job and you get paid every minute you work on it, why wouldn't I expect a good outcome of every dollar I paid.I paid for the bill straight after I received it on the 1st of July, and received another bill on the 8th of July asking me to pay for it again.Will file a claim through dispute tribunal to collect the money that I have to spend to fix their job.

During the last lockdown our old oven died. We asked Laser Electrical to install the new one. The electrician they sent out to us arrived bang on time, wore a mask as it was still level three at the time, and identified at once that there was a problem with the way the house had been wired that would necessitate extra work and extra parts. He went and got the parts straight away and got the job done in a very timely fashion. He was a model of professional courtesy, explaining a complex electrical issue in layman’s terms and suggesting practical solutions. The bill for the work was slightly lower than I expected, given that the work was done on a Saturday morning and was characterised as an after hours callout. Excellent work, good value for money.

Laser Electrical Auckland just completed wiring and fitting out my brand new build! Really professional, gave them all the plans and off they went. Great range of extras i could upgrade too. All in all my hubby and i are really happy. Would definitely recommend.

Such amazing service from Laser. I'm so impressed! I called them at 7.30am one morning with no hot water and by 3pm that day it was back up and running. The guys were very professional and worked really fast to get the job done. Will be using Laser again for sure!

Have used Laser Electrical 3 times now - twice for standard electrical work (fitting security cameras and adding power points) and once for wiring our house for LAN. Each time, the team have been friendly (especially the technicians) and did a great, tidy and comprehensive job. Highly recommended.

Quick service at a good price. Cheaper than other companies but they do a fantastic job. I had another company attend before Laser and the guy couldn’t fix my power outage (first of all he was too old and weak to pull out a fuse for starters). The laser electrician came in and was young yet very Knowledgeable and actually left with everything working. Couldn’t recommend a better electrician service
