Very Unprofessional Government Organization. They lie to you and never get back to you. I would welcome them to reply to my Formal Complaint but they just continue to ignore me, I posted a very accurate 1 star review under NZTA Palmerston North as that’s where most of the corruption takes place and they look like they have applied to goggle to have that review removed. If they continue to muck me around I will engage in going to my MP to have the staff members that have acted unprofessional sanctioned.

Pretty terrible experience so far. Have been trying to call for two weeks. On hold for 40-50 mins each call only to get cut off before speaking to someone. Today was my 12th call! The only way I can pay the fee I need to pay is by calling. Please, someone tell me how I am supposed to speak to someone!!! Frustrating and a monumental waste of time.

I would give minus stars if it was possible. Over 1 hour on hold just to be put on hold again for another hour because the useless person didn’t know what they were talking about.

Wish there was a 0 star!!Absolutely disgusting customer service,Well if you can even call it service, they don’t answer their phones!!! Over 2 hours on hold over the last 3 days No replies to emails, so can’t do what we need to do. Just typical of a government department that doesn’t give a toss about people.
