I haven't been here but I am giving them 1 star because of their answering service. I could only handle 3 minutes of their looped reply. Even once every 15 secs I find too much but its preferable to this. Try listening to your own hold message service for a minute Bay Audiology and you will quickly understand.

Firstly, I’d like to thank Kate for her professionalism and helpful attitude. Sadly my experience was tainted by being treated like an infection, having to wear a specific mask, different to everyone else, because I did not produce a vaccine certificate. The receptionist could only say the directions come from ‘the top’ and she wasn’t interested in logic. Would I go back there? Never

They refuse me free hearing test. The phone operator wasnt helpful.

So far I've been very happy except now extremely distressed as charger not working at all for hearing aids so I have no hearing aids and then when I turn up at 4:45 they are closed when they're not supposed to close until 5 so why were they closed in New Lynn? It's not a public holiday.

Amazing and professional standards with a great wealth of knowledge and help from Matt Blyth.I’ve had countless horrible experiences within ADHB’s low standards from so called “top Nz ent specialists” and bay audiology really sets the record straight.Matt Blyth sets outstanding and amazing professional standards and in my opinion should be working above the rest.He has an incredible ability to listen and understand the patient, correctly retain information, and an unprecedented ability to outstandingly report the truth with such honesty. And on top of that he is also extensively intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to the ears & hearing.Please give the man a pay rise!Highly recommend to anyone seeking unbelievably incredible standards!10/5 Stars!Thanks Bay Audiology Newlynn!

Very nice staff .great service .good prices .....

From the first contact with the receptionist, I has a positive experience. The audiologist (Pebble) was outstanding: caring, professional and knowledgeable. Information and options were conveyed clearly and without pressure. The added bonus was that the test was free when you are an AA member.
