This facility is well past its expiry date. It is unclean and unfriendly. The staff are loud and unwelcoming and the food is floating in fat. That we really interesting to get the food that you asked for and pay for. This facility needs to be visited by the Health Department immediately. The floor locks is a fat sweat once a year wiser it needs it or not and the dirt on the counter is off putting. Only out of desperation relied visit this facility ever ever ever again.

Sorry but very disappointed was told 15 minutes arrived after 20 to collect food was cold and chips stale and pineapple rings soaky first time fish and chip in nz and didnt enjoy at all

Oh!! If you like batter more than the fish in your fish and chips. Then sure go a head get it from here… plus the fish wasn’t fresh either.I could not even glop it down my throat!!!Total waste of money and time… plus we ordered fresh oysters and got bettered ones!!!

The chinese food from here is next level good! The noodles are handmade not from a packet and they were so accommodating to remove the peas from the fried noodles for us. The honey and lemon bluecod is out of this world and the sweet n sour pork has actual pork not lumps of mainly fat with a little bit of meat. The prawn fried rice is also exceptional. The kids love the chips and hot dogs as well. Definitely our go to from now on.

Me n my partner went there for first time n we just entered in the shop, on the next moment lady over there just asked us very very rudly to shut the door. I know we forgot to close the door back but please welcome your customers with a smile n tell them nicely if they forget something such as door etc. It was around 7.30 pm on Sunday. Excellent customer service is everything.

Loved that kumara chips was an option, and they tasted great. The rest of the meal was pretty mid. Delivery was a little pricey but not too bad

Had fish and chips from here Friday 2/12/22 at 5.15pm and they were the smelliest, greasiest, manky looking fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. (Previously had some good food from here) and after this experience I will NEVER go back. Such a disappointment
