Very disappointed with VOCUS, after being bombarded with sales calls day after day with Vocus sales consultants trying to persuade is to join Vocus for our small business we finally agreed. Vocus promised to take care of everything for the switch over including the closing of our old mobile and broadband accounts.With a few months on VOCUS with only marginally better service we get two angry bills from our old service providers asking us to pay up for 3 months of bills! We tottally did not expect this as it was said our old account would be closed by vocus when they move us over.We are hugely disappointing with vocus poor management of our switch over. that we have cancelled our account with them and gone back to our old providers. Beware DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO JOINING VOCUS.. Very disappointing.

Someone there has used my details in 2017 to open a line of credit, I have never used them before. I will be making this a Police matter. Nice surprise to find a default has been issued against me when I had a credit check done.

Absolutely TERRIBLE & Expensive. Beware of the foreigners pressuring you with a fancy sales pitch of how much you are going to save but effectively our power bills more than doubled.

Do not switch over it will be the biggest mistake you will make. The switch over process is terrible and we were being billed by 2 companies at the same time and this was 2 months after we were apparently" switched over. It cost us a lot of money to get the situation sorted. Customer service is very poor and got attitude from the person I was dealing with. AVOID AT ALL COST."
