Was waiting in the pharmacy line for 5 minutes and it was 1 minute past the “deadline” for taking scripts. I had come straight from doctors and they refused to take my script. Think they could have taken my script in as I was the only person other than I person Infront of me that they had helped already. Not all that impressed

My Husband actually went into this Supermarket and I was outside in car in disabled park as I am disabled a car drove into the park next to us and one person got out of the car and nothing was wrong with them I was in the Park next to the door's and the car beside us parked in the disabled park next to us one woman got out and had a smoke nothing wrong with her the person who went inside nothing wrong with him either they looked at me daring me to say something but I think this Supermarket should have security outside checking on who is parking in these disabled parks.

My go to shop here for kids lunches and nappies . Usually have good deals than Pak n Save so i grab what i can before i finish off at Pak n Save .

Typical Countdown with a large variety of products and a nice layout. There is generally plenty of parks available and the store is always tidy.

Clean and spacious, well stocked, and on Sunday when I couldn't find a product I asked a staff member MICAYLA where it was. She was busy with another staff member but immediately went and found it for me - cheerfully! - they had been shifted. She was then back with her work and on the phone. A pleasant shopping experience.

Rating based entirely on bike parking:This Countdown has five “lollipop” style bike racks (can fit up to ten bikes). This style is good for securing your bike to. There’s a generous amount of space around the racks, which is good for larger (cargo) bikes.The racks are right next to the front entrance, which is convenient, and good for security.Only downside is that they kind of look like trolley bays, so sometimes people put shopping trolleys into them. More signage could help with this.

Big roomy Countdown, wide aisles. When we went they had it all except one item I wanted. Lovely cool shop. Beside a Smart ATM, Sushi shop, Pita Pit, Bakery. Heaps of parking. Mobility Parks. Our go to when on Petone. Prefer over Pak n Sav.
