Jess helped me with the very difficult task of selling my mother's unit after she passed away. Went through the whole flat inside and out. Also, some knowledge provided regarding what was in the area close by. Very approachable. Most questions answered and if not, Jessica would find out. I was kept informed almost every day of what was going on with the seller and what was required by me step by step. My conveyancer advised that she had worked with Jessica on a few occasions with no problems which was nice to hear and gave me more assurance. This whole process can be very stressful. I did not feel any stress at all only great excitement when picking up the keys, (within one month of seeing the property). The sale price was acceptable and achievable.
