App says this is freedom camping and there is no sign saying otherwise. The police are using this is a way to give unsuspecting tired people a citation. They no longer allow overnight here and they have restricted freedom camping in area to increase citations. They reported to have already given 13 citations on the Monday morning and it was not even 7 am. It’s a trap put up by these dishonest sons of btchs. Up New Zealand.

Large open area with plenty of room for boat trailers. Entrance off SH 25 quite steep.
