Delighted with the service I received from Doug at Doug Drake Motors Ferry Rd, Christchurch. Over the course of 2 days (Feb 2021) I bought a Toyota Yaris and traded my existing car at the time. Doug was encouraging that I wanted my own mechanic to review the car, was just really calm and helpful over the whole trade in /sale and purchase process . At my request he had a tow bar installed on the Toyota and that, the gaining of new warrant and added time on the registration was completed in a streamlined way. What I thought would be a nightmare (having not bought a car for a number of years and having no interest in cars apart from the need to own and use one) turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Happy to recommend Doug and I'd return to make another purchase without hesitation.
