Rob Bennett arranged a commercial lease for us. Was great to deal with from start to finish. He kept us informed and genuinely had our best interests at heart. I will use Harcourts Whanganui again!

Needed some advice

We sold our house through harcourt and for starters, 2 of the 5 star reviews on google are from Sue Ellis who works for harcourts, so conflict of interest there.. They listed the house as the wrong suburb twice, both times we had to ring up and correct it, both areas being worth $150K less on average. They sent out 2 agents for the appraisal and made it out like both would be selling it then one withdrew. Once we had signed up. Everything about the experience was under handed, would not recommend.

I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with Noel Mouldey, a property broker who has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Dealing with him has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of his services if they value professionalism and competence.From the very beginning, Noel exhibited a complete lack of knowledge and understanding of the property market. It was clear that he had no grasp of current trends, pricing, or even basic negotiation skills. His incompetence was evident in every interaction we had, and it became abundantly clear that he was ill-prepared to handle the responsibilities of a property broker.Not only was Noel unreliable, but he also exhibited a shocking lack of communication skills. Calls and messages often went unanswered, leaving me hanging and anxious about the progress of my property transactions. It felt as though my concerns and questions were of no importance to him, and he showed a complete disregard for my time and investment.Furthermore, Noel displayed a total lack of transparency and honesty throughout our engagement. Promises were made and never fulfilled, and he seemed to have a knack for providing false information and misleading statements. I found it extremely disheartening to discover that I couldn't trust a word that came out of his mouth.Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of working with Noel was his inability to close deals effectively. He exhibited poor negotiation skills, and it was evident that he lacked the ability to secure favorable terms for his clients. His lackadaisical approach and failure to advocate for my best interests resulted in missed opportunities and financial losses.Overall, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Noel Mouldey's services as a property broker. His incompetence, lack of communication, dishonesty, and poor negotiation skills make him a liability rather than an asset. I strongly advise anyone considering working with him to think twice and explore other options that are more likely to result in a successful and satisfactory property transaction.
