Looksmart Alterations

I've been getting my business trousers tailored here for ages. And they've always done a good job. Forgot the lady's name but she always does it so well. I even went today and was happy when I knew she was doing it! Highly recommend for business trousers. And they have good customer service too and client relationship.

Needed straps on a dress altered- terrible workmanship in hindsight having now had it fixed by looksmart alterations west city waitakere (who are amazing) to fix up the terrible job. Not being a seamstress I did not understand how it was so wrong until it was later shown and explained to me by another professional. On collection from st lukes the woman hurried me away saying my concern one strap was higher was unfixable and that's just how it is..... didnt realize the extent of the un even work (approx 2 cm higher) on one shoulder until later shown. The guy at the desk also gave himself 5 stars when I paid (prior to job being completed) at counter on my behalf.Shockingly bad, overpriced and had to be re done.

Fantastic customer service and so efficient. I dropped off a skirt and it was fixed within the hour!

I just wanted to say thank you so so much to Shabnam her customer service was outstanding, I was super impressed with her work I can now wear my dress instead of wanting to wear it. Highly recommend and will be coming back in the future when I need other alterations.

Absolutely horrible shoulder/sleeve alteration for a price more expensive than the coat itswlf. First they didn't even use a measuring tape to take measurements of the proper lengths instead using pins?! What kind of professional does that? Then, on pickup, I found the shoulders being uneven and upon repeatedly requesting for them to recheck as they were somehow unable to see the problem, the measuring tape finally came out and the mistake was identified. I had to give it up again. When I next collected it, it was still the same and the receptionist said that I can't return it until next week if I see a problem. Now I am tired and impatient. They have ruined my Zara coat by altering it wrong and also pasting it differently, making the two sleeves uneven. I would ask for a refund if I could

Amazing service. Altered my tuxedo in a couple of hours which was an absolute lifesaver! Use this place. Best keep secret.
