Terrible service!! ordered online. On pickup day they said they didn’t know anything about order, then they back tracked with a long list of excuses.They said they would refunded us … we still don’t have a refund. None of their phone numbers are working!Do not use them !

Excellent service!! Been in numerous times for decorating birthday parties and recently my daughter's wedding. Lovely decorations to buy and hire was stunning and good value and very helpful!

Been almost two weeks now since i placed my order. I sent an email 13 days ago and another yesterday yet still no reply? I called the store and was told the manager would give me a call in a couple minutes and still nothing! Was needing these supply’s for a cale order due next week and ordered with plenty of time to get here. So I thought anyway. Yet it has still not dispatched. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!

Absolutely disgusting experience with this ‘company’ cancels and refunds an order 2 days out from my wee girls party without notification or explanation just because I queried why it was taking so long in comparison to other much larger party supply companies, met with rudeness and was hung up on by the shop staff after requesting to speak to a manger. If you’d like to see the thread of communication happy to provide so you can see the other reviews are fictitious. You can’t give anything less than 1 star but if I could I’d give negative. What an awful experience and I definitely do NOT recommend.

Have been in here multiple times, everytime I am made to feel very unwelcome and almost an inconvenience for coming in, after the last time (about a week ago) i left and ordered what I needed to online from another retailer spending nearly $1000. I would always prefer to support Local but not here After 3 visits in-store I am done trying, if you want anything you should go elsewhere too.
