Team at Vienna Woods, thank you very much for the wonderful timber floors! Also, the Raftwood on the wall looks stunning!It all added real value to our house; we are very pleased with the outcome.

Vienna woods did a terrible job on our floorboards. We have huge gaps between the floorboards, some of which were covered up with silicone (in the wrong colour). Silicone around kitchen island was plastered on over existing silicone. The time of completion took one week longer than what was initially stated. The floorboards are also unlevelled with boards stuck on top of one another. The installer broke our kitchen light as he was not careful, which now needs replacing. When we raised these various issue with the owner, Warwick Adams came in and pretended there was no issue which his own expert later disagreed with. Our experience has revealed that the owner Warwick is dishonest and the flooring installation is unacceptable.The company cannot be trusted. Photos attached for reference highlighting some of the gaps and the broken light. NOTE: Every second floorboard has a wide gap, however I have only attached a couple of photos as examples. The photos speak for themselves.In response to Warwick's comment:1) His claim of legal action" as if he is in the right is misguided. This was filed in response to our email stating our intention to request a refund in small claims court. This is yet another Warwick misrepresentation to deceive potential customers.2) If his service was so good

Miguel helped us with every step and gave us the best solutions.His customers service is one of a kind!Quick Responsive, Friendly and Super Professional. He also advised Finesse Floor for the floor installation and it's one of the best company that we came across, they did the job quick, impeccable and left the house even cleaner than when they arrived, they are super professional!The original floor installed before we purchased the house unfortunately got discontinued from the supplier and Vienna Woods had just some left, we managed to match the remaining floor with a new one with Miguel and Finesse Floor Team put it together like a piece of art!Before and After Photo Attached!

I was looking for a rustic hardwood floor for my home office and had failed to find any product in NZ that quite provided the look I was after (and I looked pretty hard). Damon at Vienna provided me with samples of a few products, including the Flamingo Raftwood product, which it turned out was *exactly* what I needed (though I had to get more samples to narrow down the colour).I thought the other sample products I received, including Admonter Oak Ignis also looked really decent (just not what I was after in this case).Damon was great to deal with. The measure of a company is what they do when an order doesn't quite go to plan. In this case, that happened - and a portion of the boards had a milling fault (the same problem on each affected board, which meant only part of each board would be usable). There was no argument from Damon or from Flamingo that the boards would need replacing. I was given the option of refund or replacement, and we worked out a solution that everyone was happy with.With the floor now installed, the product looks great (I can't comment on Vienna's installation as I DIY installed this). Vienna Woods stocks top quality wooden flooring.We own a small villa in Ponsonby and I was very undecided on which wood to lay. Damon was very patient with me and finally we settled on a beautiful oiled wide plank ash grey floor. Couldn’t be happier. The floor looks amazing and puts our villa in a different league. Would highly recommend Vienna for seamless service, great product choices and “no problem too small” attitude

Laminate flooring installed at least 5weeks ago. Still creaking a lot. Voiced our concerns a few times and keep hearing the same thing - that the noise will subside. it hasnt.I'd recommend going to another flooring specialist that is more reputable if you want good quality flooring with good customer service.

Warwick and the team at Vienna Woods were the second quote we got for our floors. Not only was it a better price with a full breakdown of costs, but we felt much more at ease dealing with them than other places I got quotes from. We had Krono laminate planks installed at our place and I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks amazing! Thank you so much!
