Sunglass Style Albany

Ordered a pair of Sunnies on Tues, they arrived on Thurs with a return delivery label and envelope with a Whittaker's chocolate. Nice touch and super impressed to have received my sunglasses so quickly at the busiest time of the year! Love your range guys!

I visited this shop last Friday and found a nice sunglasses. I wanted to get it, but only the displayed one was left. The staff tried to sell it to me, but I didn't want to pay full price for a sunglasses which has a few scratches already. So I asked them to order a new one for me, and they said they will, and the sunglasses will arrive by next Wednesday. I left my name and mobile number and they said they will call me or txt me when it arrives. BUT I didn't get any call by Thursday. So I called to the shop and the staff said she CAN'T find any ordered that I made and my name and mobile number as well. So she said she will find out what's going on and give me a call back in 5 minutes. 2 days passed from then now, but surprisingly, I DIDN'T GET ANY CALL AGAIN. How many times should I call or visit and leave my name and number to get one sunglasses?

Great service. Helpful staff. Usually buy Oakley’s but staff directed me to Dirty Dog’s sunglasses at a way better price point for excellent fit polarised sunglasses. Very happy with assistance and friendly staff. Went in another big chain international sunglasses shop in same mall and the contrast with rude aggressive staff there was like night and day. May go back and get a second pair from Sunglasses Style.

Went in to get a pair of sunglasses. Sign says to wait for assistance before trying on. The one girl was busy helping someone but the girl at the till couldn’t be bothered to assist anyone so we grabbed a paid and went to the till where the girl was now chatting to who we assumed to be her boyfriend. The other girl then went to help someone who arrived after us and then when finished went into the back. Obviously we are not valued customers so we left. When we came past again the till girl was still chatting to her boyfriend even though there were other customers in the store. Not impressed!

The manager is amazing. She’s so friendly and helpful. A real asset to the business.
