Hired a black booth for my wedding at last minute they offered me a white one more suitable for a wedding, when I arrived at my wedding I found the white booth was a box with a curtain and not a booth at all. It had technical difficulties all night the photos were sub par and had lines through them, the sketch picture feature left hardly any photo at all.I was given a partial refund and they stayed later to accomodate the technical issues but that doesn't help the fact that some of my guests didn't have there picture taken and didn't sign my book as they were fed up with waiting for the booth to be fixed
