Was not pleased by the service provided by the staff, totally unethical.really upset

Worst haircut experience I have ever had. Asked for a Zero Fade after he butchered my hair he said “your hair is so to thick to fade”. Keeping in mind I have had fades for as long as I can remember and never had an issue. It was very very uneven, and looked like someone took hedge trimmers to the side of my hair. He used the weirdest thinning technique after I asked for a slight thinning and left my curly fluffy hair straight and very thin. I had to ask him to stop because it was hurting and that’s not what I wanted. He cut me multiple times. I had to go to Sylvia Park and the Grooming Cave were horrified. Luckily they could fix what he had done but they said it had to be the worst haircut they have ever seen. I will NEVER go back and do not recommend this to anyone.

Good place for a haircut and the prices are reasonable. During busy times there's a bit of wait.

My go to place for a haircut and both barbers are really good and do a great job, worth waiting in line for sure

My son got his hair cut here and they do an awesome job.

I arrived at 6.30pm on a late night trading day which means they close at 9pm only to find the door locked with 2 customers inside and they are not accepting any further customer. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible service. They had a guy come in from another shop to fill in for one of the barbers and he was terrible. I asked for a fade and cut the top 1 inch. He zeros the side up until 1cm from the top of my head then does a one and proceeds to do it on some on my top hair. He also cut about 4inches off the top and both sides of my hair are uneven. He told he to “trust him” so I did, and it turned out horrible.
