Clendon Nails

I have been here a few times now and each time I go, I leave happy and content with the service. Thank you ladies for the great service and experience. I have been to some parlours in malls in the past and some of them are just absolutely rude. Clendon Nail Boutique however have always been professional and friendly. Am more than happy to spend my money at this local business.

Had eyelash extensions done and the lady (lash tech) was getting frustrated with me because I kept blinking, apparently I had an eyelash stuck in my eye and it was irritating, they also talk loudly to each other alot in their language which I thought was rude. Won’t be going back!

Very busy, conjested boutique. The lady who did my nails talked alot and kept stopping just to talk (in tbeir native language) - the owner is lovely, fast paced busy kinda woman but always tends to her customers. The place could do with better chairs, stations, equipment and layout to have a flow to it but I guess thats what you expect for $25 manicure

Extremely bad service, bad customer service, bad nail tech service. WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD NAILS I ADVISE PEOPLE TO NOT GO HERE EVER! I went there and they already had customers, when one of them had finished I expected the nail tech to clean the area, sanitise the place down and then ask me to sit but she didn’t I just thought she may have forgotten, when I showed her what I wanted she said yes I can do that, I told her I didn’t want my nails cut she got mad at me and shouted, in the end she filed my nails down even after I said I don’t want my nails to be short. The nail tech next to her was also the same to customer she was attending to, shouting and getting mad at her just because she moved in her seat. There was no friendly conversation, no “hows your day been” no compliments on the nail style we wanted. When my nails were done I looked at them and the French tips were crooked the gel polish was coated unevenly, she didn’t put nail oil on my nails after it was done even tho she had cut my cuticles. When I told her it was crooked and she should fix it she said my fingers were crooked and if I wanted it fixed I should pay to get it fixed! I’m never going back here again! If it was possible for me to give this place zero stars I would have but unfortunately I have to give it one star to be able to post this review!!

Great! They helped remove nails that were put on incorrectly by another salon
