Asked for a tow at about 3 in the afternoon and was told id have to wait till the next day. I said i had to have my car at the destination as soon as possible and was told it would be picked up first thing in the morning".I rung at 10am and was told it would be in 20 minutes and then again at 12 to say they were still 20 minutes away.At 1pm they finally turn up. Meaning i was unable to get the car fixed for the weekend when in desperately needed it.muppets"

After hours manager was really helpful when I rang offering advice on how to get it going before having to resort to a tow from them, vehicle was promptly picked up within a half hour of ringing, lovely fellow dropped it basically straight in the shed, was far too easy! Thank you!!
