Court of Appeal
The registry is resposible for an error in a document filed as a final judgment. This means there are now two ambiguous decisions for the same proceedings which are mutually exclusive regarding the liability for costs. The President of the Court, Justice Kos has now refused to abide by the actual decision and correct the error in deference to fraud upon the court.
