Met Ben after asking east Auckland grape vine for recommendations for a new heat pump. Ben is uber professional, gave us recommendations and a great price for a Panasonic heat pump to replace our old one. We got our new heat pump fitted within a week. Works great and I would recommend Ben 10 out of 10.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Simpson Climate Control Company. Ben Simpson came out to my house the same day and installed my split system aircon. I must say, I haven't encountered someone as professional and helpful as him before. The entire experience was top-notch, from start to finish, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Simpson Climate Control as I have not had any issues with my aircon/heating system since it's been installed! 10/10
