Garador Garage Doors - Hawkes Bay

I got a complete system installed onto my old garage and have been wrapped with it ever since. Best thing I have done especially as winter approaches and having the ability to drive right on with a car loaded up with kids makes life much easier. The service I received was instant and done in no time and the prices are very fair in today’s market. Had my Skyline Garage door repaired in Hastings, Garador did a great job and got it done promptly. Would use again.

Very poor service. We had booked someone to do a service on our garage door for 8am. With no sign of them turning up I called the office number that went through to a lady outside the office who didn't know what was going on. Some time later I got a call from Jim(the man who was meant to be there at 8am) trying to re-book. Not one apology from either company rep and they assumed I would continue to do business with them. Would not recommend this company. Poor internal communication. Don't turn up to a booked job. Extremely poor customer service.
