She goes out of her way to make sure everything is easier for the customer. She always greets with a smile and she’s non judgmental, a great listener and an expert in her position. I love my furniture, quality is great, however I've been waiting over a month for my last order which was meant be 2-3 weeks. I sent emails but had no response, I called and was told I'd be emailed that day, but heard nothing. Communication was not great and I'm still waiting for my order.

Shipping always terrible, experienced 2 times, wait for more the 1 month, now they said wait for few weeks.
