I have just been told my son is stuck in Auckland however he has gone into the branch to try and access his money , he has got his access number and bank details on him, also he has a photo of his licence on his phone and a copy on his file. But for some reason he has been turned away and denied help so I am wanting an explanation as to why this has happened now my boy has to sleep in the carpark untill he can get home or receive help. He resides in whangarei.

This is a new concept to me. A bank that doesn't accept cash deposits. I was directed to the ATM with my $8,000 cash from a vehicle sale to do the deposit. Buuut, the ATM only accepts up to $5k a day. A bit of a waste of my time 20 minutes trying to feed the machine and very very inconvenient. I found out about the $5k limit when it started spewing my returned notes back out of the machine all over the ground right in front of busy shoppers. Seriously Kiwibank, accept deposits your a bank" :/"

The 3rd branch i drove to today because theyre find a branch fails to distinguish between an ATM & staffed branch i need to get a replacement card only to have the Idiot bank tellar cancel the wrong card called the 0800 number waited almost an hour for them to tell me they cant uncancel it.

I have been on hol for over one and a haf hours.What sort of service is this??I an not close enough to just pop in" to Kiwi BankObviously you do no employ enough customer service staff to answer all phone calls.I will seriously look at alternative banks to handle my requirements."

Do post officers yell at customer when they don’t know how/what to do to send stuff? Is this how the customer service is? The two Indian(?) ladies who dealt with me don’t deserve to do that.I just hope all of my stuffs will be delivered correctly. They didn’t even asked me if I needed the tracking service hahaha.

The lines can be long. But today was worth the wait. I made a mistake on one of my postage bags so I threw it out. I went up to the counter to buy another and the staff their, Angel, she went out of her way to get that postage back from the bin, blanked out my scribbles and repacked and tapped up the package so neatly. She was a gem!!!

I talked to a man called *i believe to be called* Sam. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am only 19 and I had a few questions and I wasn’t too sure what I was doing, but he explained everything to me very patiently and didn’t show any fuss to explain very simple banking things to me that I was feeling uncertain on. Will definitely be returning to this branch again. They were awesome!
