Lovely practice, so welcoming and kind to our little one (and nervous pup parents!) Settled her and reassured us. Explained things in a very inclusive, affirming way and were super understanding. Louise was excellent as were all the vet nurses! Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience.

Forrest Hill Vets are the best. They helped me look after my lovely Pepsi cat - aged 21 years and now have helped me to put to her sleep when life got too hard for her. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We’ve had an absolute horrible weekend as our cocker spaniel has an ulcer in his eye, we took him to our vet and they’ve given us the right medication including eye drops to apply 6 times a day. After two days now it’s become nearly impossible. I phoned Forrest Hill vets as they are the only vet open on Easter Day, and tried to avoid emergency vets as they have pets with much greater sickness to attend to. Forrest Hill showed me away as I’m not a regular customer. It was only to apply eyedrops, they are supposed to be there to help pets, clearly this is not the case, I can see why you have negative reviews. I was happy to pay for this obviously and it would’ve taken a professional 10 minutes. I’ve gone to the emergency vet in Glenfield instead.

Friendly staff and wonderful doctor.Our cat has an eye infection and we rushed in for a last minute appointment. The doctor is fully booked, but the friendly nurse assured us that we can leave our cat there so she can arrange for the vet to see him in between his appointments.Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Forrest Hill Vets. The clinic was really busy when we visited but everyone took the time to chat and pat my dog. The reception nurses are awesome and efficient, the vet super knowledgeable and had a great rapport with my dog. Best of all my dog was happy to be there!

We took our cats to another vet up the road for routine vaccines. The staff in that practice were reserved towards us, and behaved unprofessionally (kept us waiting for a while, when we could hear them gasbag in the back, roaring with laughter). We found that vet to have a tendency to mansplain and push for procedures. So we took our new pup to Forest Hill Vets for her second vaccination, and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was warm and treated us like friends. They reached out and made us feel so welcome. Vet Louise made our pup so at ease and answered our questions with patience and kindness. We’ve asked for our cats’ files to be transferred to the practice as well. Can’t recommend this practice enough.
