I've lost count of the number of times I have rung you Michael to find me a service or help me with some other local need. This morning I am desperate for a chimney sweep, a cold smokey house and children coming for the weekend. My kent fire my only source of heat. You found me one when I was floundering around for an hour trying to find one myself. It will be done this afternoon. Heartfelt thanks for all you do.

I was appalled with the customer service from Anna the old lady at the wake kotahi counter, she is insensitive and embarrassed me in front of many other customers. Instead of keeping things discreet she blurted it out for everyone to hear, if she wants to make people laugh at others maybe she should consider pursuing work as a stand up comedian. So I would just like to thank Anna for wasting my time and money, I had to take time off work today and pay $85 to get another eye check, just to be told what I already knew, that my eyes are fine, very healthy where the words they used, so Kai ora Anne Pokokohua,

Very friendly & helpful advice for our day cycling trip to falls retreat and back. We rented our bikes through Michael located at the information centre. The bikes were great! Thanks for an awesome day out, highly reccomend.

Paeroa Information Centre
I passed through Paeroa many times. I decided to visit L&P factory this time. I went to the Paeroa information centre and realised the factory moved to Penrose, Auckland fifteen years ago. The only thing to go to Paeroa is to take the opportunity to have a photo with the iconic L&P bottle. Nothing much to do.
