Ordered 2 flat white coffees Monday 15/5/23 @ 4pm from a staff presumably the manager on duty as she was wearing a black uniform, in between serving another customer noticed she sneezed into the crook of her arm, she continued to serve the customer and went back to making our coffee and rubbed her nose twice but failed to sanitize her hands, she handed our coffee to us but I told her she needs to make new ones but wash her hands first because she rubbed her nose a couple of times, she tried telling me she didn't rub her nose but I told her I was watching her, she then went off to wash her hands.If she is a manager she needs a lesson in hygiene and cleanliness and maybe make sure ALL staff are following hygiene standardsCoffee was nice though

I ordered Mac chicken combo this morning and they gave me beef burger as I don’t eat beef. I went there and asked them very politely to change my burger the most annoying thing was the lady who served me did not feel sorry, just said ok. But the chicken burger was just full of lettuce and sauce which seems they didn’t really want to serve the customers, It was honestly worst, very disappointed with customer service.

The amount of money I have spent here is crazy. Food is just what you'd expect from a Mcdonalds however food doesn't come very fast and you'll most probley be waiting with alot of high school students who can often be quite rude/intimadating.

Very rarely give negative reviews. But when Large fries barely fill half the box i feel it needs to be mentioned. You charge extra for a large which isnt cheap, only to give not even a small portion. Not good

If you don't want to work somewhere that has face to face service then dont work there. No greeting, behaved in a manner that felt like I was imposing on her. Stopped serving me to go serve someone else, food was cold

My daughter and I went here it was terrible service was bad my daughter asked for a cheese burger with no pickles no onions and no sauce only to recieve it and it had everything she took it back and told the assistant it was wrong so the assistant took the burger which we thought she was going to give a new one but no she took it to the back where we could still see her she pulled out the onions and scraped off the sauce brought it back and said here you go oh my gosh what sort of service is this that we pay $20 for a meal to be treated like this is disgusting your sales assistants need to stay longer in training and learn some people skills. I would not even given it a 1 star rating but had to so my review would be entered.
