Not very impressed with the attitude I was greeted with, ordering was slow, rude staff at the drive thru window and found an incomplete order once got home, not very satisfied plus a very under filled drink wouldn't recommend unless you are getting a very simple order

First time at this place, drive through took ages. Food okay and customer service is not what it used to be. Wanted to redeem my bonus points on app. Young girl said needed to do that before I paid. So how was I supposed to know that? Not a pleasant visit. Likely get KFC next time in Dannevirke.

After travelling for a while , used the restaurant to refresh and have a break. Late monday night.Toilets clean . Thank you .Service very good . Even git my soya milk for free. Have a look at the beautiful picture of children blowing bubbles on wall next to service counter. Plenty of bubbles but have the children blown any???

DONT ORDER - check before you order that staff are available. We got told there was new staff learning and would wait. Waited in car while new learner" cleaned tables. All lies folks

First time ever here. Ordered through drive though.We were told to wait in the carpark around the corner. We watched as 8cars came out of drive through with their order well we were still waiting for ours. We waited round 13minutes. More annoying when they forget a percentage or your order!

A NYC bagel that's was just a mess of green sauce. When I told the manager she just nodded and said ok. Didn't care at all no offer of a replacement. We threw it in the bin. It's my 3rd bad experience here. The store needs to close down.

Hi, great team, very helpful and flexibleBy that I mean they weren’t. Closed restaurant early, (earlier than their already reduced hours). Refused to serve us at drive thru on foot despite having a vehicle that wouldn’t fit.Apparently they are following the lead of kfc dannevirke when it comes to customer satisfaction.

It was ok, as usual a bunch of underpaid people who don't want to be there, with average slapped together food. That's macdonalds for you. Kept me fed.I'm still hoping one day there will be a maccas that wows me with food or service, because one ALWAYS falls behind

Quite possibly a good contender for the prestigious honor of being worst McDonald's in New Zealand. They always appear short staffed and dysfunctional. Meals finally get served cold and usually missing items so have to return to the counter where there is an additional wait while they deal with other customers complaints.
