TANK Mount Maunganui - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Quite frankly the staff are rude, they don't acknowledge you, thrust the smoothie in your general direction and I watched mine being made. Some of the ingredient containers were empty, so they didn't go and get them, just didn't put them in. For what you pay, Id expect far better. No customer service at all.

Extremely disappointed! I am a very loyal customer of tank in Auckland. Here for work and placed an order for a salad at 4:35 and the lady said to me no sorry we are all packed up, I realised they closed at 5pm and I said to the lady she needs to make my salad.Staff member was not happy to make the salad and completely made the wrong order and left out the chicken that I added (paid extra for)Probably the worst tank experience I have had! Very very disappointing.

Saturday afternoon August 27. Why is the staff working here, which clearly shows the customer that they are only disturbing when chatting with each other? Definitely a place not to visit again as long as these people work here. Extremely bad and unfriendly customer service. Poor owner!

Makes excellent and refreshing smoothies and serves salads of your choice.

Wanted a custom wrap but none of the ingredients we're on display, so I had to wade through the menu looking for clues. The staff we're a bit clueless.

I love the shakes but you need to put more staff on poor girl was getting slammed all on her own until thebnext girl came back from what I'm guessing was her break, other than that the worker did so well

Went into this store at about 3.40pm today. Staff at counter saw us, then with no acknowledgement went on to continue making orders. We stood there for about 5 minutes before someone came up to serve us, during that time one of the staff was cleaning dishes and making a point of discussing out loud to her colleague that they need to close in 10 minutes, as if we were an inconvenience. I proceeded to order a juice and my partner a smoothie then the girl doing the dishes called out to say that we couldn't order any juices as they've already cleaned it up. The girl at the counter was suprised about us not being able to order a juice, as we're we as we had got there 20mins before close.I don't usually waste my time with Google reviews but the customer service was terrible! Fair enough if they had already cleaned up, but they should've told us outright instead of letting us stand there for over 5 minutes unacknowledged then tell us. Today's Staff could definitely do with some training on customer service.

A busy place but awesome service. Well organised and great tasting.
