Beautiful, welcoming environment with very knowledgeable instructors. I have been feeling amazing after embarking on this journey as a beginner. I absolutely love these classes and highly recommend for anyone wanting to find yoga in south Auckland/Franklin

Cheryl is an amazing instruction, with so much knowledge and experience. I have been going to Cheryl at You Pilates for over 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Love it and so good for the body and mind.She varies the classes so you never get bored of doing the same old thing.

Fantastic yoga and pilates studio. Very central and cozy. Sheryl and Poppy are great instructors, very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward doing more yoga together. :)
