Very very poor customer service; was the only customer in the store but didn't even help me. The two ladies were not welcoming at all. I was waiting for the lady to come back and help me like she said, but she didn't even come back to help me. Literally walked out the store and she was just standing at the counter!!False advertising as well with different prices advertised online versus in store. They showed a cheaper price online but was more expensive in person.Mangere branch has better customer service. The ladies there are more vibrant than Pap.

We strongly advise against visiting this particular establishment for eyelash extensions. Our experience was highly unsatisfactory for several reasons. Firstly, the technician assigned to our service took an exceptionally long time to work on each eye, resulting in an extended and inefficient process. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that the technician did not adequately fill in the entire lash line, continuously attaching and removing lashes without achieving the desired outcome.Regrettably, another concern arose during our visit, as both the technician and another staff member consistently spoke with unpleasant breath, which directly impacted our comfort and well-being. This unprofessional behavior contributed to a discomforting experience that left us feeling sick.

Very bad customer service. some of the Staff are very rude. I was looking at a teapot and one of the staff came and snatched it from me and said there was another display over there go and check them. But there was a display stock in front of me. For some reason she was angry. And another place she told me hadn't got the item we want. We gave up.
