Food not just look bad but also taste awful. Service is fine, but potatoes in the first dish is definitely not fresh. And these 2 dishes were $60 together, they were way too overpriced.Overall, it’s probably one of the worst Chinese food restaurants in Auckland.

Guo‘s Tasty King Noodles
The noodles are fresh handcrafted and thick, I have not seen it elsewhere. The best beef noodles in NZ for sure and a must try. The location might put you off but it is a diamond between the rough. Usually plenty of free parking. I hope this family restaurant flourishes, the man does not speak much english but he works hard cooking and making the noodles himself.

Love the food! My partner and I love coming here - our go to place especially just working down the road. Dumplings, fried rice, beef soup and lamb stir fry are so yummy. Love their portions too. Also staff are nice and friendly, and seating is comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I missed this place, the chef is amazing. A bit too far for me now, but when i can i’ll try to go. Mapo tofu is my fav. Also dumplings are quite good.

Where to start, the lady grabbed 2 menus and came to our table without greeting us....we then proceeded to order our meal but the service was so rushed i hadn't finished ordering and she was ready to grab the menu off me. We specifically asked for rice with the beef stir fry and confirmed with the lady but when the meal came out it was served with rice noodles, not white rice like we asked for, also alot of noodles and not much meat.......pays to listen to customers orders and take note. We also ordered braised pork belly stew, nothing compared to the picture displayed on menu.....expected more from here considering good reviews but unfortunately not. Wont return.

Don’t buy here if you will take away.The lady in the counter don’t wanna give us chopstick to think we buy 4 different kind noodles. And she don’t give us 4 chilli she only give us 3 instead even i said we buy 4 noodles she said they don’t have much.Braised beef noodles is only 3 pcs beef same with braised pork. The beef ofio don’t have much as well very different from the pictures.Tge dry maixed noodles with spring onion sauce doesn’t have sauce VERY DRY!!i am not going to recommend this to anyone.Bad service bad food.

The hand pulled noodles were delicious, restaurant is clean and tidy. The owners don't speak a lot of English but were very friendly and the menus have lots of photos. I really enjoyed my spicy brisket noodles, the noodle portion is huge! The chive pancake was also delicious. Definitely worth a try

Guo‘s Tasty King Noodles
Great little restaurant. Great value and selection and it was delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. If I was to critique it would be that the meals were a little slight on meat but I feel like that was more that there were so many noodles. Will definitely be coming back.
