Incredibly impressed with the service at this vetinary clinic. They have an after hours service - the only one in the region as far as I know. They took awesome care of our cat when she was rather sick, and looked at options to reduce costs for me without endangering the health of my pet. We have used both the after hours service and their normal clinic services and recommend them without reservation.

10 rabbits to vaccinate. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses and Astrid the vet, who were sympathetic and willing throughout. Highly recommended.

My poor baby boy (dog) had to get a anti nausea shot which the incredible vet said would hurt. It seemed to be very sore and my boy jumped and screamed. The vet (Amy I think) sat with my boy for 5 mins giving him treats to make him feel better.... as a dog mum that is the kinda care that makes me feel good. Would highly recommend

Such a great team at Riverbank, we are SO lucky to have them and so greatful they are a 24/7 service. ( only one in the area).It's always a pleasure to go there they seem to be such a happy bunch who work really well together, gives it a great atmosphere which I'm sure the animals pick up on as well. Staff are friendly, caring , helpful and so lovely to deal with. You can tell they genuinely care. It's great having Charlie who is so knowledgable about Greyhounds, we are so lucky. It's not easy finding a greyhound savvy vet. HUGE thanks to such a great team.
