We ordered a deal with garlic bread a few weeks ago and our garlic bread was not delivered, their phone was off the hook and couldn't contact them, submitted a complaint that was ignored.. we tried again last night and the exact same thing happened.. no garlic bread.. managed to get through to them who just lied to me about sending someone out. The pizza was also rubbish looked like it had been sitting out for half an hour.. their quality has dropped significantly and it just seems like they want to rip you off now..

Absolutely useless always have there phones off, have gotten my order wrong so many times I cannot count. They use contractors to deliver so if it's wrong it becomes your problem to sort out.Highly recommend not ordering from this place clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas, they gave me a butter chicken one. Went to return it and they insisted i ordered it wrong until I showed them the email. Then the Indian dude who messed up my order offered compensation, after waiting for the pizza he claims he didn't offer me the agreed compensation even though the young girl working there told him he did. Then proceeded to offer the meat pizza I returned as compensation, what a joke.

I don’t usually leave comments on fast food restaurants, It’s just the nice friendly Pizza Hut employee asked if I could leave a comment, and I said yes, so here we go. 5/5 for customer service, The online app said my pizza will be ready for pickup at 1:21pm, got there bang on 1:20, and the employee was putting my pizza in the box straight out the oven. 5/5 for pizza, I have had some pizza from other restaurants and there’s been hardly any toppings, or one maybe two slices had no toppings but the other six do. Every slice had toppings on my pizza. Just realised while writing this comment after eating the pizza, that I can post pictures with comments, oh well, next time.

Appalling service and staff is absolutely incompetent.Was charged twice for an order and when I phoned for a refund the rudest staff member not only didn’t listen to me but hung up on me.

Can I have some filling with my crust ? We have been coming here for a long time, but recently its been hit & miss. This was my last visit. The quality is rubbish & often they get the order wrong. Will be going to a different pizza place from now on.

I had a small pizza which was delicious and I got a giant chocolate cookie to share but it was too too sweet , My grand Daughter had one bite and didn't like it for same reason
