I work for a NZ startup and needed a place to drop into in Christchurch. I didn't have a stellar experience.I came in during the admin's meeting so someone by the door said to have a seat and admin would check me in later. That never happened, so I checked myself in a couple hours later, and there was no offer of a tour of the facilities so I was kind of left to my own devices and did not get a sense of community. There are at least two rooms that can be booked but it wasn't explained to me how that works. Seemed like a missed opportunity when I asked to use one.I'm starting to wonder if this is a NZ thing because I had a similar experience at another co-working space in Auckland. Maybe it was an off day because other people have left positive reviews.

This place has an amazing culture. The team from ministry of awesome ensure founders have the tools to succeed.

Awesome place offering support, networking, seminars and workshops for start-up businesses in Christchurch. Super friendly, approachable and experienced team. If you are thinking of starting a business or own a small business definitely pay MOA a visit.

First attendance at an MOA event this morning - great networking & great varied information & perspectives on funding start-ups. Well organised & patroned. Got heaps out of it and am hungry for more. Dip your toes in or go head first. Looking forward to more collaboration with the awesomeness on offer.
