They tried to fix my dads air con in his car. Car has been back several times, every time come back damaged. Bowater have not come to the party with repairing the car. This issues has gone on for a very long time now, and now they do not even reply to e mails. Not sure how a large company can treat our seniors like this.

On holiday in the South Island, I had an issue with my key of my Prado. Jaan and his team ensured they squeezed me in to help fix my issue, and got me further help from their Nelson branch, so Im back on the road to continue our family holiday!Great customer service!
