It wasn't a good experience initially, but Hansang is a company listens to customer feedbacks, promply takes on responsibilities and carries out good communications.*** ***Bought a box of 8 this premium pear from a local fruit and vegs shop. The pears look great from outside, but all rotten inside. I made a complaint and requested for full refund with the vegs shop, but was told the importer Hansang Trading only offers to refund half of the price I paid.
